Mohamad Fardous operates a high-volume mortgage business serving clients across multiple states while managing hundreds of active leads, applications, follow-ups, and ongoing client relationships.

Traditionally, mortgage businesses at this scale require multiple assistants, processors, and manual follow-up systems to maintain lead communication and operational efficiency.

The goal was to create a fully automated lending infrastructure capable of handling lead nurturing, qualification, appointment booking, and follow-up workflows — without relying heavily on administrative staff.

Instead of building a standard mortgage website, we engineered a fully integrated lending ecosystem powered by CRM automation, AI agents, and advanced workflow infrastructure.

Digital Infrastructure & Marketing: Designed and deployed a modern mortgage portal, comprehensive website, and lead funnel system. Executed targeted paid advertising and direct mailer campaigns to drive high-intent traffic to conversion-focused landing pages for HELOCs, refinancing, purchase loans, and pre-approvals.
